Firstly it is hot and secondly it disturbs our studies. Just when every one sits down to study, they city goes black. Many exams have started including the HSC and this power failure causes nightmare to all the examinees. Why can't the government control the flashing lights used in advertising markets and billboards? Of course these are not necessary and can be controlled which might help in decreasing the systems loss. It is high time the authorities took some effective steps in this regard.
