CPC Ordinance promulgated

The Civil Procedure Code (Second Amendment) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003 was promulgated yesterday.President Iajuddin Ahmed promulgated the ordinance as per the power vested in him by the constitution, said a gazette notification.
