Three matches of the Mohammedan Dhaka Metropolitan inter-school cricket tournament were held yesterday at different city venues.Shakil Ahmed smashed 129 as Matuail High School (332-5) inflicted a massive 146-run defeat on Nawabpur Government High School (186) at the East End Club ground. A blazing 54 not out by Borhan throttled Motijheel Model High School (151-2 in 14 overs) to an 8-wicket win over Haider Ali High School (147) at the Khilgaon Government High School ground while Mohammadpur Government High School (118-8) snatched a two-wicket win against Shaheed Abu Taleb High School (117) at the COP ground.
