Two killed in Satkhira road accident

Two people were killed when a bus ploughed through an engine-run van in Kolaroa upazila on Satkhira-Jessore Road yesterday.Local sources said the Satkhira-bound bus hit the van at Jhikra at about 10:00am, leaving two of its passengers critically injured. They both were taken to Sadar Hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. The deceased were identified as Mintu, 25, son of Babar Ali of Muralikathi village and Ibrahim, son of Daud Ali of Gopinathpur village in Kolaroa upazila.
