UAP holds Pharma Carnival 2023

Pharma Science Club (PSC) from the Department of Pharmacy, University of Asia Pacific (UAP) organised "Pharma Carnival 2023" on October 10.

Pharma Carnival 2023 was inaugurated by the Board of Trustees (BOT) Chairperson Dr M. Alauddin and UAP Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Qumrul Ahsan. Md. Tanbir Sajib, Chief Marketing Officer, Renata Limited, and Md. Rezaul Karim, Vice-president of Marketing & Sales, Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC were also present as Special Guests. The ceremony was attended by of the Dean of the School of Medicine, Prof. Dr Mohiuddin Ahmed Bhuiyan, Head of the Department of Pharmacy, Dr Irin Dewan, and other faculty members of the Pharmacy department.

The day-long program consisted of five main segments – health awareness rally, seminar session, poster exhibition, pharma olympiad, and unveiling of a scientific booklet "PharmaZine". There was also an online quiz competition and a live quiz session arranged beforehand.
