Mushy injured during training

Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim suffered a knock in his left elbow during a practice session today and he went back to the dressing room following the injury. Bangladesh coach Steve Rhodes was however hopeful that the injury is not very serious.

"Mushy got a little knock on the elbow in the nets, you might have seen. I've had no chance to see the physio yet. Generally, that sort of area, most people are okay. I don't remember too many people breaking elbows off four rounds of the bottom hand. So I'm hoping that he'll be okay, but I'll find out more and let you know as soon as I can," he said in a press conference today.

Bangladesh will play Pakistan tomorrow at Lord'sin what is their last match of the World Cup and the Tigers will be hoping to end the tournament on a high.
