Amari Dhaka introduces New Executive Chef

Famed Chef Jed Archdeacon now has taken the role of Executive Chef at Amari Dhaka with promises to introduce a modern contemporary line of dishes, many of which are a first here in Bangladesh.

Australian native born in Perth; Chef Jed Archdeacon, started his career in the arts at the early age of 15. He started work in a French Fine Dining Bistro and throughout his training worked at four of the top restaurants and luxury hotels in Perth. After 2 years and winning many numerous awards, Jed decided Australia was too small and set his sights for bigger things overseas.

Jed has worked throughout Maldives, China, Doha for various luxury brands and his last role was in Bangladesh for Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden.

Jed recently starred as Judge Chef for the Popular NTV program "Rupchanda Super Chef" where HE received very positive public reviews for his professionalism and also being approachable and down to earth.
