Dhaka court dismisses BNP’s case against DB chief, 9 others

A Dhaka court today summarily dismissed a case filed by a BNP executive committee member accusing the chief of detective branch of police and nine other law enforcement officials of looting and vandalising the party's Nayapaltan office on December 7 last year. 

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Rajesh Chowdhury rejected the case filed by Nazimuddin Alam, a former lawmaker from Bhola-4, this morning, court sources said.
