Tangled Up in Two Corporations

The government's move to bifurcate the city corporation has not been well received by the residents of Dhaka. While Parliament was quick to pass the law allowing the split, visible changes to the already inefficient and bureaucratic city administration will not be as quick. The fear is nothing will change for the man on the street.
