The train communication from Dhaka has faced hardly any hitch so far amid a huge rush of the Eid home-goers in the morning.

Twenty-two trains left the Kamlapur Railway Station till 12:00pm today, Station Manager Shitangshu Chakrabarty told The Daily Star.

“Only Rangpur Express delayed for nearly two hours due to a technical glitch,” he said.

The rail station witnessed a huge rush of the holidaymakers till this noon, reports our correspondent from the spot.

“Even, many of the passengers rode on the roof tops of the train ignoring the security,” Ear Hossain, Ansar commander of the railway station, said.
