SHUTTER STORIES: Books to read on World Photography Day
World Photography Day originated on August 19, 1839 when the Daguerreotype was patented by the French government as a gift “free to the world”, after Louis Daguerre and Joseph Nicephore Niepce invented the technology in 1837.
