Another milestone for Pritom Hasan

From making us dance to Coke Studio's "Deora" to making us cry with "Bhenge Porono Ebhabhe", Pritom has given us countless hits that made us fall in love with his mellifluous voice.

Starting from acting to composing music, the multifaceted singer has done it all. However, there was something missing from his elevated career, which was his first-ever solo concert. "The Night of Pritom Hasan" will feature the singer performing his popular songs alongside other renowned artistes who will all join the singer on stage to create a spectacular night for his fans on October 26 at Hall 4 of the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital.

"I am really humbled and happy that a lot of big artistes are coming to join us on the stage. We have planned lots of surprises that we haven't revealed to the audience. We have announced some of the artistes' names, but there are many whose names are yet to be revealed as we wanted to surprise our fans," said the singer.

Most of Pritom Hasan's fans are students who are eager to watch the singer perform on stage. However, because concert tickets are expensive, most students are unable to afford them. The young musician came up with a unique plan where he cut the prices in half for students, allowing them to buy the ticket for just Tk 700.

"We have arranged the ticketing system to filter out audiences as we didn't want any problems at the concert. The ticketing system ensures that everyone at the event feels safe. This year, we are offering a Tk 700 budget for students as we are trying to break even for the show. However, we are planning to lower the price on a larger scale next year," added the singer.

When asked how he came up with the student-friendly ticket package, Pritom said, "Basically, this wasn't my idea. Nuhash came up with the idea of wrapping all the best artistes within Tk 700 in one show."

The concert will feature a range of popular artistes starting with Habib Wahid, Arnob, Ferdous Wahid, Momotaz, Xefer Rahman, Armeen Musa, Masha Islam, Raef Al Hasan Rafa, amongst others.

Throughout his concert's promotion, Pritom came up with some wonderful strategies to interact with his fans, starting with asking them what their favourite songs of his are. They named "Shorgohara", "Bhenge Porona Ebhabe", "Ami Amar Moto", "Shoroter Shesh Thekey", amongst others. He also collaborated with other influencers, including Antik Mahmud and Rakin Absar.

"We actually wanted to raise awareness amongst the audiences about the pop culture as we wanted the audience to know more about the concert. I have done an animated video alongside Antik, where we poked fun at each other and teased the audiences about the upcoming concert. On the other hand, Tanvir Sultan's MBA post was actually coincidental. One day he randomly posted a status where he talked about my concert, which was really a surprise for sure," added the singer.

Pritom Hasan has tons of surprises stored up for the concert; he will sing his favourite songs in a completely new rendition for the event.

"On Thursday, we will be bringing all of your favourite tracks in a brand new form that you haven't heard at any other concerts. This will be a fantastic experience for all, as all my songs will be remixed for my lovely fans," concluded the singer.
