Missing girls in Pakistan ran away to meet BTS, say police

K-pop sensation BTS has captured the hearts of teenagers all around the globe, with their peppy tracks and 'smooth-like-butter' dance moves. Their followers, hence dubbed the BTS Army, would go the ends of the world to support their favourite band, as they are crazy over their favourite 'stans'.  

BTS Army's love knows no bound, and this time two Pakistani girls tried to escape from their home to travel to South Korea, to meet their K-pop super band BTS.

According to Abraiz Ali Abbasi, a senior police superintendent in the area, the two girls, 13 and 14, vanished from Korangi in Karachi city on Saturday. When the authorities searched their house, they discovered a diary which stated that they will travel to South Korea to meet BTS.

However, the Karachi police were able to locate the girls and brought them back to their house.

BTS has huge fan followings and their popularity have crossed international borders including Pakistan, Bangladesh, USA, among others. They have sold about millions of albums all over South Asian countries.
