'Adil is a driver, lives in a slum', Rakhi Sawant shocked by 'truth' about her husband

Former Bigg Boss contestant Rakhi Sawant made headlines after she tied the knot with Adil Khan Durrani. 

The 44-year-old Bollywood entertainer even converted to Islam, for the sake of her love. However, after her marriage, many issues were brought to light, one after the other, in front of the media. 

Initially, her husband had denied their marriage, but after a lot of drama, the two reunited.

Now, Rakhi has come to learn that the man she tied the knot with had hidden his true identity. In a recent report published in Anandabazar Patrika, it was reported that Adil Khan was actually a driver by profession and lived in the slums, which was an unknown fact for Rakhi.

After learning this information, the dancer and model broke into tears. Rakhi also shared her thoughts with the media, saying that if Adil had told her the truth, she would have accepted him, but now she is unable to do so.

Earlier this month, Rakhi had filed an FIR against her husband at Oshiwara Police Station, accusing him of domestic violence, cheating and having extra-marital affairs. 

The recent hearing of the case, based on Rakhi's allegations, resulted in Adil being kept in judicial custody by the court. At the same time, another complaint of sexual abuse against Adil, filed by an Iranian girl, resulted in him being taken to Mysuru under police custody.

Accompanied by her friend and model, Sherlyn Chopra, Rakhi went to meet her in-laws in Mysuru. This is where she would find out the shocking truth. Simultaneously, Adil's parents also refused to accept their marriage, due to Rakhi being Hindu.
