I’ve got a gift from a special someone: Puja Chery

Following her appearance in the horror thriller "Jinn", Puja Chery's silver screen presence has been relatively infrequent. Nevertheless, she's eagerly anticipating the release of her upcoming film "Nakphul" and has completed around 80% of the shooting for Kamruzzaman Roman's movie "Lipstick". In a recent development, the actress has inked a deal to work on another project with the same director, titled "Dorodiya", where she'll be sharing the screen with Ador Azad. This film will mark the third collaboration between the two actors.

While talking about the plot, Puja Chery revealed that "'Dorodiya' is based on a true story from the 1990s. It is such a unique plot, and I don't think I've ever acted in a tale narrated like this before. The film promises a delightful blend of romance and action," the actress stated.

The "Jinn" actress was also full of praises for her co-star Ador Azad.

"We have worked in three movies together, and I can say proudly that he has a huge quench for acting. This is why we have worked in three consecutive movies together," added the actress.

Today was the last day of Durga Puja, Puja Chery bid farewell to Durga Maa at Banani puja mandap. Amidst the festivities, the actress shared that she received tons of beautiful gifts from friends and family on the occasion of Durga Puja. A special someone also gifted her a precious gift filled with immense love for the actress.

"I am really happy with all the gifts that I have received on this Durga Puja. I am really thankful that I have got a gift from a special someone but I don't want to reveal his name. I enjoyed this year's celebrations," concluded the actress.
