'Karagar', 'Café Desire' selected as National Winners at Asian Academy Creative Awards 2023

The Asian Academy Creative Awards 2023 recently unveiled its esteemed national winners, and the spotlight shone brightly on the outstanding talents emerging from Bangladesh. Syed Ahmed Shawki's directorial "Karagar", and Robiul Alam's "Café Desire" earned well-deserved accolades, underscoring the creative prowess of the Bangladeshi entertainment industry.

"Karagar", a Hoichoi production, emerged as a triumphant force, claiming victory in three significant categories—Best Direction, Best Series, and Best Trailer. Meanwhile, Chorki Original "Café Desire" earned the title of "Best Feature Film".

The national winners from each category will compete at the prestigious Grand Awards and Gala Final, scheduled to take place in December.
