‘Made in Heaven’ season 2 trailer out

Prime Video India dropped the trailer for the second season of the much-anticipated show "Made in Heaven" today. Directed jointly by Alankrita Shrivastava, Neeraj Ghaywan, Nitya Mehra, Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, the series features the tale of four marriages and the social stigmas surrounding marriage.

The trailer gives a glimpse into the "Made in Heaven" universe, where the two wedding planners, Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur, tackle their relationship problems and financial struggles as they have arranged four weddings yet did not earn much profit from any of them.

The series further delves into the complex relationship struggles and situations through the four newlywed couples, as if questioning "if marriages are really made in heaven?"

This latest season of "Made in Heaven" features Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora and Shivangi Rastogi from the previous season. Meanwhile, fans will also get to see new faces, including Mona Singh, Ishwak Singh and Trinetra. Mrunal Thakur, Radhika Apte, Shibani Dandekar and Sarah Jane Dias, among others, in the series.

The series is all set to premiere on the streaming platform Amazon Prime this August 10. The initial season of the web-drama was released back in 2019.
