Pori Moni to act in Tollywood film

From Nusraat Faria and Apu Biswas to Mahiya Mahi and Bidya Sinha Mim, the list of Bangladeshi artists gracing the screens of Kolkata's film industry seems to be ever-expanding. Afran Nisho's recent starrer "Shurongo" has garnered significant attention and appreciation, adding to the growing interest in Bangladeshi talents in Tollywood.  

Now, it has been reported that popular actress Pori Moni might also join the club and star in a Tollywood film.

The spotlight on Pori Moni has not only been due to her acting prowess, but also to her personal life, which has been riddled with controversies.

Pori Moni revealed to Anandabazar Online, "I am working on a film in Kolkata. I don't want to reveal too many details at this moment. Everything will gradually unfold. After my son's birthday, I will be in Kolkata."

The actress's son, Rajya, will be celebrating his first birthday on August 10, and Pori Moni has already begun the countdown for the special day. Amidst the preparations for the celebration, the audience anticipates her appearance in the Kolkata movie.  

The journey for Pori Moni hasn't been without challenges, but with her son's birthday marking a significant milestone, the actress looks forward to her upcoming project in Tollywood. Recently, her husband, Razz, visited Kolkata, and despite the difficulties, he reached out to Pori Moni after losing his phone.
