Posters for Mithila’s ‘Maya’ unveiled

Today, the official poster for Rafiath Rashid Mithila starrer "Maya" was released. Director Raajhorshee De shared two poster—one features all of the actors while the other showcases the actresses.

"Maya" marks Mithila's debut in an Indian film, and is an adaption of William Shakespeare's Macbeth in Bengali. The film also had a special screening at the North American Bengali Conference (NABC) Bongo Sommelan in July in the US.

The film will feature Mithila in the role of the alter ego of Lady Macbeth. The role, Maya, is said to be a combination of the play's Wayward sisters and Lady Macbeth.

Apart from Mithila, Tollywood's Gaurab Chakraborty, Tanushree Chakraborty, Sudipta Bandyopadhyay, Rahul, Kamleshwar and others are also featured in the film.
