‘Rajya won’t grow up with both parents, what can be sadder?’

"If a person isn't serious about a relationship, they would never take a decision like having a baby", Pori Moni wrote on her recent status.

Soon after Pori Moni announced a 'press conference' about clearing her stance on separation, she made a new post on social media.

"When I tried my best to make this relationship work, I was taken for granted. I tried a million times, but the effort was only from my end".

The actress further said that the effort that was needed to make the marriage between her and Sariful Razz work, was solely for her end.

"If it goes to the point of violence, it's not a relationship anymore, it turns in to shit. I forgot everything when I saw my son, Rajya, but realized that if he witnesses a toxic relationship, he will never grow up in a healthy environment. Thinking about all three of us, I have been separated from him."

Pori further claimed that the attitude that Razz and his family took towards, her, was nothing short of toxic. She urged the media to understand her trauma, and give her a little more time to recover.

"Rajya won't grow up with both his parents together, what can be sadder than that?" she concluded.
