Rakhi Sawant getting divorced from husband Adil

Just a year earlier on May 29, 2022, Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant got married in secret. When the news was out in January this year, it turned into a long-discussed controversy in the entertainment industry. Now, the "Bigg Boss" famed celebrity is getting divorced from her husband Adil Khan.

Sharing about her divorce with the media outlets, Rakhi mentioned, "The secret to my happiness? I am getting a divorce, I am free now. There are few things in life that one should leave and move on."

Furthermore, the actress took to her social media accounts and shared a video concerning her divorce. In the video she attested, "I want to be free now. Let him get married to whoever he wants."

Previously, a few weeks into their marriage, Rakhi had filed a complaint against her husband of alleged domestic abuse and extra-marital affair. Moreover, another case of sexual abuse was filed against him by an Iranian girl which resulted in Adil Khan being arrested last February.
