‘RRR’, ‘83’, and ‘Belashuru’ screening in Chattogram

Indian Film Festival 2023 kicks off in Chattogram today screening three Indian films, which are "Belashuru", "83" and the Oscar-winning film, "RRR". The event is being organised by the Assistant High Commission of India, Chittagong at the Theatre Institute of Chattogram.

The programme commenced today at 11 am, screening the Indian Bangla film, "Belashuru" (2022) directed by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy. The film features Soumitra Chattopadhyay, Rituparna Sengupta, and Swatilekha Sengupta, amongst others.

At 3 pm, the audience will see "83", a biopic based on the famed Indian cricket star Kapil Dev.  Directed by Kabir Khan, the film stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in lead roles.

Finally, the audience will see the Oscar-winning film "RRR" at 6 pm. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the project stars Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Alia Bhatt, amongst many others.
