Parts of Dhaka to see no gas supply for 11 hours

There will be no gas supply in some areas of Dhaka for 11 hours from 2pm today (October 1, 2022) due to emergency repair work of the pipeline.

Gas supply to all categories of consumers in Tejgaon, Mohakhali, Gulshan, Banani, Noonbazar and Badda Khilbarirtek areas will remain suspended, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company said a press release.

There may be low pressure of gas in the surrounding areas, it added.
