Faridpur bus-minibus owners call strike ahead of BNP rally

Faridpur's Bus-Minibus Owners' Association called a strike this morning (November 10, 2022) ahead of Saturday's BNP rally in the district.

The association has been announcing the strike in different parts of the city since 9:00am.

Operation of all buses and minibuses on the streets of Faridpur will remain suspended from 6:00am Friday-8:00pm Saturday, according to the announcement.

The strike has been called protesting illegal operation of three-wheelers on the highways, the announcement added.
