Gas supply to remain halted in parts of Dhaka for 8 hrs tomorrow

Gas supply will remain suspended in different areas of capital for eight hours, from 10:00am to 6:00pm, tomorrow.

According to a public notice of the Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited, the areas where gas supply will remain off for the gas pipeline replacement works are both sides of Bata Signal to Gawsia, Kataban to Science Laboratory intersection, and Gawsia to Science Laboratory.

All kinds of gas supply to household and commercial consumers will remain halted during the specified time, said Titas.

The consumers in the adjoining areas may experience low pressure in gas supply, said Titas regretting the inconvenience of its customers.
