Indonesian FM greets Minister Abdul Momen

Indonesia’s Foreign Minister Retno Lp Marsudi has called his Bangladesh counterpart AK Abdul Momen and conveyed congratulatory greetings.

Marsudi congratulated Minister Momen on the position of foreign minister of Bangladesh in a phone call yesterday, said a press release of the ministry.

The Indonesian foreign minister also hoped that the friendly bilateral ties between the two countries will be augmented further in the years ahead.

Thanking him for the call, Foreign Minister Momen sought support for early solution of the Rohingya issue lingering in Bangladesh.
