Prof. Dr Md. Shah-E-Alam new VC of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology

Bangladesh Agricultural University Mymensingh's distinguished academician and former VC of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University Md. Shah-e-Alam has been appointed as the VC of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology (SMUCT).

The Registrar of SMUCT has appointed him for the next four years from among the professors proposed by the Chairman of the SMUCT BoT.

Prof. Dr Md. Shah-e-Alam has previously spent an illustrious career as the VC of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University and City University and Professor of Bangladesh Agricultural University.

He completed post doctoral in Biotechnology from the UK, PhD in Plant Breeding from Romania, and BSc and MSc in Agriculture and Genetics and Plant Breeding from Bangladesh Agricultural University.
