Pakistan lost overnight batsmen Azhar Ali (56) and Babar Azam (76) early on the fourth morning of the Dhaka Test, but Fawad Alam (19*) and Mohammad Rizwan (26*) took them to 242 for four at lunch.

There were 19.4 overs bowled in the session, with Pakistan adding 54 runs on the board for the loss of two wickets.

Play started at 10:50am on the morning and Azhar was the first to go, top-edging a pull off Ebadot Hossain, caught in the end by Liton Das behind the stumps. Babar fell soon, trapped in front of the leg stump by Khaled Ahmed, the tall fast bowler's first wicket in Test cricket.

But then Fawad and Rizwan gave Pakistan solidity, albeit with a few close calls. Fawad had nicked one off Ebadot, only there was no review taken on that. Then Rizwan, before lunch, was adjudged lbw against Taijul Islam, but a review from the batsman came in Pakistan's favour.
