'Deshantor': A translation of Nirmalendu Goon's novel into the silver screen

Based on the partition of Bengal in 1947, the film "Deshantor" is an adaptation of the noted poet Nirmalendu Goon's novel of the same name.

Today the director Ashutosh Sujan and screenplay writer Dalim Kumar talk about the film with The Daily Star.

The recently released government-granted film features Ahmed Rubel, Moushumi, Yash Rohan, and Rodela Tapur among others.
