World's richest 1pc emit as much carbon as poorest 66pc

The world's richest 1 percent of people are responsible for the same amount of carbon emissions as the world's poorest two-thirds, according to a study by Oxfam International. The report says the 1 percent or 77 million people are responsible for more carbon emissions than the 5.11 billion poorest.
