Barrister Suman keeps polls promise, starts cleaning Khowai river 

Barrister Syed Sayedul Haque Suman, on the campaign trail, promised to make the Khowai river free of waste and stench. True to his words, after winning the polls, he has started to clean it with the help of six hundred and fifty members of BD Clean.
