'Must hold on to these girls for another five years'

Bangladesh now hold the bragging rights in women's football in South Asia. They created history by taking home the SAFF Championship trophy for the first time, and swept the nation in a wave of euphoria. Coach Golam Rabbani Choton is the chief architect behind this success. Captain Sabina Khatun scored eight goals to be the top-scorer and was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament. And vice-captain Maria Manda brilliantly pulled the strings in the midfield, as usual.

In this episode of Star Special, Sabina and Maria share the story of their glorious journey with mentor Choton. Alongside expressing their triumphant feelings of winning the title, they also brought forth their future expectations.
