Cybernauts 2019 at North South University

Cybernauts 2019, one of the most prominent gaming programmes of the country, was at the North South University last month. The event included Cyber Athletics, Genius Hunt Senior, Genius Hunt Junior, Line Follower Robot Contest, National Programming Contest, Tecno Fair, and Cyber Mania. It was organised by NSUCEC and powered by Flora Limited.

The event's inauguration took place in the presence of Dr Javed Bari, Dean, School of Engineering and Physical Science, Dr KMA Salam, Chairman and Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty Advisor of NSUCEC and Assistant Proctor and Lecturer, Zunayeed Bin Zahir.  

Cyber Athletics incorporated a wide range of games, such as- DOTA 2, CSGO, FIFA19, LOL, Mortal Kombat X, Rainbow Six Siege and PUBG. The President of NSUCEC, Shafkatuzzaman Hridoy, extended his gratitude to his entire team for their support in organizing the event.  

Abu Syam Hemal and Farid Islam were the  winner and runner up, respectively, of Mortal Kombat X. Deimos Force and Instinct Esports are the the winner and runner up, respectively, of Rainbow Six Siege. Operations The Council and Atonko were the winner and runner up of DOTA 2. Outlaw N Friends ft. Raahib Bhai and The Council Atonko were the winner and runner up, respectively, of CSGO. Red Vipers and Infernal Gaming Atonko were the winner and runner up, respectively, of League of Legends, Ador and Waleed Monir won FIFA 19 and NSU101. Hive and RBT/S71 were the first and second runner-up, respectively, of PUBG. The prize giving ceremony will be held this month. The other six segments of Cybernauts 2019 will be held in October.
