Edison Industries receives ISO certification

Edison Industries Ltd., the local manufacturer of Symphony Mobile, has recently received the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certifications for quality and environment management.

An audit was conducted at Edison Industries Ltd. by United Accreditation Foundation (UAF), the Bangladeshi agent of Hermitage of
Management and Standards (HMS) of TNV Certification Pvt. Ltd. Edison Industries Ltd. was issued the ISO certifications on 'Quality Management and Environment Management', as per UAF standards. 

The ISO certificate was handed by Rubel Mia, Chief Consultant, Lead Auditor and Lead Tutor Engineer of HMS Limited. Jakaria Shahid, Managing Director of Symphony Mobile, received the certificate on behalf of Edison Industries Ltd. Senior officials of both organisations were present during the certification.
