‘Citadel’ becomes top web series, beating ‘Succession’

The Priyanka Chopra starrer spy-thriller series "Citadel" recently became the top web series according to the VOD-tracking website, FlixPatrol. 

As per FlixPortal report for April 29, "Citadel" claimed the first position on the popularity list with a score of 1125. Followed by Netflix's "Sweet Tooth" season two. The third place in the list belonged to the Amazon Prime series "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel", while the Netflix featured series "The Diplomat" took fourth place.

"Citadel" is currently also sitting on top of Amazon Prime's top TV shows list. Amazon Prime has already commissioned the second season of the series. Meanwhile, the series' spin-off versions in Italy and India are already under shoot.The Indian Citadel is helmed by Raj and DK and stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
