Badrunnesa College Alumni Assoc scholarships distributed

Six students of Begum Badrunnesa College were awarded scholarships at a ceremony on Friday, says a press release.

Begum Badrunnesa College Alumni Association gave the scholarship to the students at Meherba Institute in the city. Each scholarship carries Tk 2,000.

Those who received the scholarship are Iffat Ara Taslima, Amina Shikder, Syeda Jasmine Akter, Saima Sultana, Kamrunnahar and Bushrat Jahan.

Prof Khurshid Jahan presided over the ceremony and gave away the scholarship money to the students.

Rasheda Ahsan, Prof Humaira Momen, Rashida Islam Mohua, Qazi Rosy, Prof Sultana Begum and Prof Fahima Khatun attended the ceremony.
