Zainul's birthday celebration

Marking the birth centenary of Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin, cultural organisation Chhayanaut arranged a celebration programme, featuring, discussion and musical offerings at its main auditorium on February 28. Dr. Sarwar Ali, vice-president of Chhayanaut, delivered the welcome address while Dr. Sanjida Khatun, president of the organisation gave a speech. Artist Abul Mansur delivered a special presentation on Shilpacharya at the event. Laisa Ahmad Lisa, Dalia Nausheen, Maidul Islam, Chandana Majumder, Kanan Bala Sarkar and Abul Kalam Azad performed songs at the programme.
