A modern and contemporary watercolour group exhibition titled, Soaked in Paper, is under way at Galleri Kaya in Uttara. Renowned art and music connoisseur Md Mahbub ur Rahman, also Deputy CEO and Country Head of Wholesale Banking, HSBC Bangladesh, inagurated the exhibition yesterday.  Eminent art historian Pranab Ranjan Ray graced the inaugural ceremony. 

The exhibition features watercolour paintings by renowned and promising Bangladeshi artists, Murtaja Baseer, Hashem Khan, Rafiqun Nabi, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Chandra Shekhar Dey, Ratan Mojumder, Jamal Ahmed, Kazi Rakib, Ranjit Das, Ahmed Shamsuddoha, Masuda Kazi, Sheikh Afzal Hossain, Shishir Bhattacharjee, Goutam Chakraborty, Mohammad Iqbal, Aloptogin Tushar, Anisuzzaman, Azmeer Hossain, Kamaluddin, Shohag Parvez, Shahanoor Mamun and Suman Wahed.

The exhibition will remain open daily from 11 am to 7:30 pm till March 12.
