Nekabborer Mohaproyan - at SAARC Film Fest

National Award-winning film “Nekabborer Mohaproyan” will screen at this year's SAARC Film Festival, to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from June 1-6. 

Director of the film Masud Pothik received the official invite to the festival yesterday. He informed that the film will be shown at the festival on June 2. 

Pothik further informed that the film will also receive a special award at the Tele-Cine Award in Kolkata, India's Nazrul Mancha, on June 4. 

“Nekabborer Mohaproyan” was named the Best Film of the 2014 National Film Awards, after the award originally handed to “Brihonnola” was revoked on claims of plagiarism.
