National Film Award winner Redoan Rony completed his latest short film, Mission Excellence, recently. Inspired by the daring conditions faced by the navy, the action-packed film highlights a mission carried out by the military, as they face the enemy in the rough seas and fight to protect the nation from any harm.

Redoan Rony is rather enthusiastic about the 48-minute action-thriller. Mission Excellence was aired yesterday on BTV after the 8 pm news bulletin, during the naval programme Onirbaan, which was made under the supervision and production of Bangladesh Navy. Mission Excellence is written by commander M Ariful Haque and Siddiqur Rahman.
