'Superman' Star Margot Kidder Passes Away
Margot Kidder, the actor best known for playing ace reporter Lois Lane in the 1978 film Superman and its sequels has passed away peacefully at her home in Montana at age 69.
She continued to take smaller roles on TV, movies, and stage performances through this year. She was still working until her death on the night of May 13, most recently starring in a run of The Vagina Monologues on Broadway. She was also an advocate for mental health after a public battle with bipolar disorder.
