'The Good Dinosaur' teaser lets dinos live on
A teaser for Disney Pixar animation "The Good Dinosaur" has arrived, with its world full of giant reptiles who never died out.
The one minute clip sets the scene, recreating an asteroid impact that is thought to have wiped out the earth's dinosaur population around 66 million years ago.
But just before the crucial moment, it asks us to imagine a different scenario. What if the asteroid never hit earth?
It's the briefest of teases, barely a minute long, but enough to provide the necessary environment for Arlo, a young herbivorous dino, to set out on an adventurous journey.
The film arrives the week of November 25 in the USA and many other territories, with Lucas Neff of "Raising Hope" voicing Arlo, alongside contributions from Neil Patrick Harris, Frances McDormand, John Lithgow, Bill Hader and more.
