Keira Knightley
Keira Knightley was only eight years old when she first appeared on TV. She was 17 when filming “Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl”.
Her mother traveled with her to all of the shooting locations. Keira did all of her own stunts in “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest”.
She was thrilled that she actually got to sword fight in this one. At age 20, Keira was the second youngest woman to be nominated for Best Actress in Oscar history.
Keira loves to keep souvenirs from films to remember the experience. From “Doctor Zhivago” she held onto Lara's coats and from “Pride & Prejudice” she kept Elizabeth Bennett's striped socks.
