Kunal Nayyar

When Indian actor Kunal Nayyar started working on hit US sitcom “The Big Bang Theory”'s first season, the future of his role was not definite, and he was not on a full contract for the show initially. He was on a deadline to get a contract or have to move back to India, and he was in contention for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Bollywood project “Delhi 6”. Eventually he got the full contract for “Big Bang Theory” and has been working in the wildly successful show for over nine years. He recently revealed that he had also auditioned for a role in “3 Idiots”, but things didn't work out eventually.
