Martin Shkreli, the notorious pharmacological big-shot who was recently in the news for hiking the price of a life-saving medicine by 5,000%, bought the only copy of the iconic hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan album “Once Upon A Time in Shaolin” for $2 million in an auction, reportedly in an attempt to date pop megastar Taylor Swift. Wu-Tang, meanwhile said in a press release that the sale “was completed before Shkreli's business practices came to light,” adding that they have donated a significant portion of that sale to charity.
