Mehdi Mix 1 captivates listeners

Once upon a time, 'mixed' albums were a norm in the industry as there would be a lot of excitement and speculations regarding which star-studded offerings were available. Even though trends have changed with time, Mehdi Mix 1 attempts to capture the flavour of this bygone era. Talented composer and music director, Mehdi has worked alongside five renowned musicians to come up with the album -- Bappa Mazumder, Mizan, Shuvo, Autumnal Moon and Ehsan Rahi -- who have lent their voices to the songs titled Kobita Pora Noy, Jabei Jodi Chole, Bondhu Amar, Ekla Mathe and Rong Dao. This is Mehdi's first mixed album after sixteen years, and looks to be a promising addition to the discography of any music lover. The album was released under the banner of Agniveena.
