A K Rahul bids farewell to band Trainwreck after 11 Years
Guitarist, drummer, and music composer A K Rahul has officially said goodbye to the band, Trainwreck after an incredible 11-year musical journey. Rahul took to Facebook to share this significant decision with his fans and followers.
At times, Trainwreck faced periods of relative inactivity, prompting Rahul to explore his own musical ventures. He embarked on a solo career, delighting audiences with his performances under his own name. It's important to note that this departure from the band is amicable – signifying no lingering issues between Rahul and the band members.
On Facebook, Rahul expressed his sentiments, saying, "Saying goodbye to my baby. Thank you, Trainwreck, for everything you have done for me. This band made me who I am today. I'll forever be grateful. This is really hard for me. I'll answer your questions later. Thank you all for always being there."
With an impressive musical career spanning a decade and a half, Rahul has made his mark in the industry. He released his first single, "We Are One", in June of this year. With an impressive musical journey that includes being a part of bands like Suicide Season BD, Poraho, and Trainwreck, A K Rahul has amassed a loyal following over the years. Currently focusing on his solo career, he began performing under his own name in August last year.
Notably, A K Rahul made history as part of the heavy metal band Trainwreck by becoming the first Bangladeshi band to perform at the esteemed Wacken Open Air music festival in Germany — widely regarded as the world's largest heavy metal festival.
