The Reflection of the Hill concludes at Gallery 27 today

Hill Artists’ Group organised a three-day long exhibition of artists from Chittagong Hill Tracts at Gallery 27 in Dhanmondi. Titled The Reflection of the Hill, it is the ninth group art exhibition organised by the group.

The inauguration ceremony was chaired by Dhanamoni Chakma, Vice President, Hill Artists’ Group. Renowned writer and researcher, Syed Abul Maksud was present as the guest of honour and Naba Bikram Kishore Tripura, Chairman, Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board graced the event as the chief guest. “The talented artists portrayed the colours, contours and struggles the people residing in hills through their paintings,” expressed Naba Bikram Kishore Tripura.

Nineteen artists, including Dhanamoni Chakma, Lovely Chakma, Joydeb Roaja, Julian Bawm and many others participated in the exhibition, which concludes today.
