“Samrat” and “Toposshini” on ntv

Drama serial “Samrat” will air tonight at 8.20pm on ntv. The series is written by Shafikur Rahman Shantonu, and directed by Syed Shakil.

The story of the serial is based on Samrat, the heir to a fortune. He inherits an empire after his grandfather's death and faces difficulties when he squanders the money. His employees, who also face adversity due to his mistakes, are also part of the story.

The cast of the serial includes Apurbo, Nadia, Ishana, Sonia Hossain, Shahadat Hossain and Raisul Islam Asad. The serial is aired on Thursdays and Fridays every week. 

Meanwhile, single-episode drama “Toposshini” written by Manna Hira and directed by Alpona Akter based on Rabindranath Tagore's story, will also air on ntv at 9:05pm. 

The story is based on Makhon Lal and his son Bordanondo, who must pass the BA exam to live with his wife Shoroshi. Failing to do so, he decides to leave family life, but his wife Shoroshi follows her.

The cast of the drama includes Sajal, Camelia Ranga, Tariq Anam Khan, Sirajul Islam Abed and many more.
