No full stops for Jyotika Jyoti

Popular actress Jyotika Jyoti was caught up in a flurry of activity as the countdown began for Eid.  Seven of her television plays went on air during the festival.

Jyotika was seen alongside Sajal in “Bhetor Bahir” and “Laddu”, while in comedy “Shala vs Dulabhai” she co-starred with Hasan Masud.

She played key roles in “Oshanto Prem” and “Chain Café”.

Another single-episode play “Jolkonya” cast her with versatile actor Chanchal Chowdhury.

In a first, she donned a burqa for Eid play “Opor Prishtha Droshtobbo” where she played the wife of an Islamic cleric.

Aside from her plays, she appeared in a television programme as Bonolota Sen.

Moreover, Jyotika Jyoti-starrer film “Anil Bagchir Ekdin” released on Eid. Based on Humayun Ahmed's story, the film is directed by Morshedul Islam.
